Terms of Service

By accessing or using Agmatrimony (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a family member with their authorisation, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

You must:

• Meet the minimum legal age for marriage in your jurisdiction and be entering the Service in good faith for matrimonial purposes.
• Provide accurate, current information and keep your profile updated.
• Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law or a prior suspension by us.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at agroha@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent rules or restrictions.

You agree that you will:

• Post only truthful information and images you have the right to use.
• Not harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud other members or our staff.
• Not upload malware, scrape the Service in violation of these terms, or reverse engineer our software except as permitted by law.
• Not use the Service for commercial solicitation unrelated to matrimonial matching, spam, or illegal activity.

We may remove content, hide profiles, or limit features when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Features such as interests, chat, or profile visibility may be subject to subscription tier, mutual consent, or product rules displayed in the app. We do not guarantee any particular number of matches or responses. Communications between members should remain respectful and lawful.

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing and duration shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers; their terms may also apply. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically—see the checkout and account pages for renewal and cancellation instructions. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

The Service, including branding, layout, software, and aggregate data, is owned by Agmatrimony or its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Agmatrimony is a platform for introduction; we do not conduct exhaustive background checks on every user and are not responsible for member conduct offline. Always take appropriate precautions when meeting anyone in person.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agmatrimony and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) a nominal statutory minimum where applicable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agmatrimony and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

You may delete your account at any time where the product allows. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have breached these terms, pose a safety risk, or if required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to applicable mandatory provisions.

We may modify these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
